It's Midnight at the common room. Her quill still hard at workโflowing with such conviction. Yet the candlelight dances gracefullyโnot in stark contrast to her rhythm, but in harmony with her scribe.
Codices piled neatly to her left, saturated with wisdom & knowledge of an age that shouldโve crumbled long agoโyet here they are. She flips one open, eagerly hungry for their food. Her finger scans the page.
Her eyes light upโsheโs found it.
Her scribbling continues, but sheโs not yet satisfied.
"Questions of this world are in dire need of answers.
How can such knowledge be left unread?
How could anyone ever cease in their pursuit of knowledgeโexcept for a brief moment to catch their breath and engrave this newfound insight into their heart?"
Her mouth goes dry. Itโs so enchanting, she forgets to feed herselfโฆ or sip her tea.
She rises from her chair for more and a small snack to keep her fueled. Refreshed and reenergized, the scribbling continues.
The spider weaves, ponders, meditates, learns, absorbs, and grows the spiderโs web.
